Please note that our business primarily provides custom gift wrapping services, which are personalized and created specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of our services, standard return policies may not apply in all circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

We will consider refunds or service modifications in the following situations:

  • Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete your order as agreed, you will receive a full refund.
  • Significant Quality Issues: If the completed work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are handled as follows:

24-48 hours before service 50% refund Materials may have been ordered
Less than 24 hours before service No refund Work in progress or materials prepared

Modifications and Revisions

If you need to modify your order after it has been placed:

  • Modifications may be subject to additional fees if materials have already been ordered
  • We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs

Handmade Gift Accessories

For handmade gift tags and accessories purchased separately:

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged Items

If you receive damaged items or services that do not meet quality standards:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue
  • We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement, repair, or refund
  • Resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis

Processing Refunds

When a refund is approved:
